About the role
- Serve as the leader of the Brand and Reputation Communications team
- Drive global corporate visibility and strengthen corporate and product performance
- Develop and execute strategies for enhancing BeOne’s global profile
- Oversee Corporate Communications, Global Product and Pipeline Communications, and Media Relations teams
- Utilize strategic, data-driven communications to improve product and pipeline performance
- Support the development of crisis and issues management plans
- Foster collaboration and champion innovative communication approaches
- Contribute to high-level strategy and decision-making processes
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in corporate communications
- Strong background in the healthcare or biotech sectors
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Strong understanding of media dynamics and relationships
- Proven track record in managing communications teams during high-pressure situations
- Proven track record in managing global agencies and budgets
- Proven execution of global, reputation-enhancing campaigns
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
