Lead development, enhancement, and execution of national short‑ and long‑range forecast models for U.S. Hematology assets.
Integrate insights from primary research, secondary data, claims analytics, and competitive intelligence into forecast assumptions.
Partner with Pipeline teams to build forecast inputs for future indications and incorporate them into long‑range forecasting frameworks.
Manage ad‑hoc analytics to support strategic decision‑making, synthesizing diverse data sources into actionable insights.
Provide clear communication to Senior Leadership on forecast expectations, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team with strong technical and strategic capabilities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Medical to ensure alignment on performance expectations and strategic planning.

Requirements

BA or BS with concentration in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in forecasting and analytics
7+ years of progressive experience in forecasting and analytics
Data visualization and programming skills (Python, SQL, etc) preferred
Biotech or pharmaceutical in-house experience required, consulting experience strongly preferred
Experience with and understanding of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IMS MIDAS, Symphony Health -SHA)
