About the role
- Promote BeiGene’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products through calls on targeted physicians
- Implement sales, marketing, and patient support programs
- Train and educate physician support staff on product use
- Ensure realistic expectations for healthcare professionals
- Maintain communication and integrate activities with market teams
- Identify customer prescribing trends and territory dynamics
- Complete clinical training and administrative functions
- Communicate insights proactively
Requirements
- B.A. / B.S. degree preferred
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales & sales management experience
- Significant oncology experience
- Self-starting, self-managing independent work style
- Customer service priority
- Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales
- Experience in specialty sales, reimbursement, managed care processes
- Familiarity with CRM software
