About the role

  • Act as deputy to the Director – HR Business Partner
  • Collaborate closely with managers across departments
  • Ensure optimal alignment between business needs and Human Resources (HR) strategies
  • Anticipate HR issues and advise managers
  • Promote and foster partnerships with managers
  • Provide advisory support in managing complex situations and issues
  • Support managers in maintaining a work environment aligned with the target organizational culture
  • Analyze problems and issues, assess impacts, consider solutions, and make recommendations
  • Provide organizational support on various HR-related files and activities
  • Participate in special projects related to the HR function

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience in HR management within a service organization and/or in a unionized talent context is an asset
  • Member of the Ordre des CRHA (or in the process of becoming a member)
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and a good command of English, both spoken and written
