About the role
- Act as deputy to the Director – HR Business Partner
- Collaborate closely with managers across departments
- Ensure optimal alignment between business needs and Human Resources (HR) strategies
- Anticipate HR issues and advise managers
- Promote and foster partnerships with managers
- Provide advisory support in managing complex situations and issues
- Support managers in maintaining a work environment aligned with the target organizational culture
- Analyze problems and issues, assess impacts, consider solutions, and make recommendations
- Provide organizational support on various HR-related files and activities
- Participate in special projects related to the HR function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in HR management within a service organization and/or in a unionized talent context is an asset
- Member of the Ordre des CRHA (or in the process of becoming a member)
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and a good command of English, both spoken and written
