About the role
- Actively contribute to the deployment of project roadmaps
- Support project owners in adopting and assuming their responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize the delivery of project roadmaps
- Participate in the development and monitoring of project dashboards
- Maintain a monitoring role to anticipate trends and provide recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in organizational development, change management, or organizational transformation
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Deep expertise in organizational transformation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
