About the role

  • Provide direction and manage all activities within the business domain to achieve results

Requirements

  • University degree
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in the area of responsibility
  • 8 to 10 years of personnel/team management experience
  • Proven ability to secure strong employee buy-in for organizational objectives
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe team practices and management
  • Experience facilitating and managing problem-solving groups to propose innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector (an asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in French, spoken and written
  • Advanced proficiency in English, spoken and written
