About the role
- Provide direction and manage all activities within the business domain to achieve results
- Ensure the talent pool provides the necessary complementary skills
- Make and assume responsibility for decisions within the area of responsibility
- Promote cross-functional collaboration among teams
- Ensure consistency in decision-making
- Mobilize and engage teams around medium-term plans
- Define objectives and medium-term implementation plans
- Prepare, approve and monitor the budget
- Empower team members through appropriate delegation
- Oversee the performance of delivery teams
- Develop synergies between corporate services teams and the property and casualty insurance team

Requirements
- University degree
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in the area of responsibility
- 8 to 10 years of personnel/team management experience
- Proven ability to secure strong employee buy-in for organizational objectives
- Experience with Agile/SAFe team practices and management
- Experience facilitating and managing problem-solving groups to propose innovative solutions
- Knowledge of the insurance sector (an asset)
- Advanced proficiency in French, spoken and written
- Advanced proficiency in English, spoken and written
