About the role

  • Practice governance
  • Measure value stream performance and assess the maturity of the various components of the IT asset management practice
  • Integrate the IT asset management practice into corporate governance
  • Make recommendations to various decision-making bodies
  • Act as an expert advisor to managers and committees
  • Ensure planning and full lifecycle management of IT/technology assets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of information technology experience in IT asset management (ITAM)
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and delivering presentations to teams of any size
  • Knowledge of frameworks and methodologies related to IT asset management, including ITAM and the SAFe® scaled agility framework
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office®, Power BI, and database management/processing
  • ITAM certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of FinOps principles is an asset
