About the role
- Provide customer service for the collections department by answering phone calls regarding payment arrangements.
- Inform and explain to clients the status of their premium payments and withdrawals.
- Identify potential errors and perform necessary corrections.
- Analyze payment requests and advise clients in cases of missing payments.
- Propose payment arrangements and ensure follow-up.
Requirements
- Vocational diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service experience
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
