New customer acquisition: You actively build your own opportunity pipeline and share responsibility for its development.
Account management: You manage existing customer relationships, ensure their long-term success, and proactively identify upselling opportunities within accounts — which you also successfully close.
Requirements
You have a hunter mentality with energy, drive, and perseverance — ideally with experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector
You have a proven track record in new customer acquisition, pipeline building, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Excellent German and very good English skills for communication within our international team
You have a structured working style and experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
You are curious, show initiative, and are willing to take responsibility
