About the role
- Responsibility for managing the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and business growth in the region
- Identify, establish, and expand a regional partner ecosystem by selecting and onboarding new resellers and channel partners
- Support direct sales activities in collaboration with our dealers, acting as a trusted advisor
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Drive engagement through product demonstrations and customer visits, and participate in local events
- Promote the Wingtra brand in target markets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system
Requirements
- Degree in geomatics, geodesy, surveying, civil engineering, or a related geospatial field
- Proven experience (2–3+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience
- Demonstrated ability to excel both in selling to target customers and in building long-term relationships with channel partners
- Comfortable managing large enterprise projects with long sales cycles as well as closing smaller, faster inbound deals
- Experience delivering solutions based on customer needs
- Technical proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM and communication tools
- Persuasive, self-driven, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build trust
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
