About the role

  • Responsibility for managing the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and business growth in the region
  • Identify, establish, and expand a regional partner ecosystem by selecting and onboarding new resellers and channel partners
  • Support direct sales activities in collaboration with our dealers, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Drive engagement through product demonstrations and customer visits, and participate in local events
  • Promote the Wingtra brand in target markets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Degree in geomatics, geodesy, surveying, civil engineering, or a related geospatial field
  • Proven experience (2–3+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to excel both in selling to target customers and in building long-term relationships with channel partners
  • Comfortable managing large enterprise projects with long sales cycles as well as closing smaller, faster inbound deals
  • Experience delivering solutions based on customer needs
  • Technical proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM and communication tools
  • Persuasive, self-driven, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build trust
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
