Lead complex B2B implementations and further development of our SaaS solution for both new and existing customers
Establish strong collaboration internally and externally, aligning customer expectations with delivery
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high product adoption and customer satisfaction
Work closely with integration, configuration, and content specialists, taking ownership from first customer contact through to launch
Identify value-creating opportunities for the customer and build engagement through stakeholder management
Plan squad resources and customer deliverables proactively to ensure efficient and profitable launches
Manage all Nordic customers across public and private sectors within Delivery team
Requirements
Solid experience in customer-facing project management and/or a coordinating role involving complex problem solving within tech, SaaS, IT, or similar fields
Proven experience leading complex implementations, preferably in customer-centric environments, and familiarity with agile methods and project management methodologies
A strong technical interest, an eye for detail, and a drive to contribute to customer satisfaction through a professional and service-oriented approach
A communicative leadership style and fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
