About the role
- Identify and engage subscribers to understand their EHS/Sustainability needs
- Conduct product demos effectively to showcase application functionalities and benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the lifecycle from initial interaction to successful closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Stay updated on EHS/Sustainability trends and digital innovations to provide expert insights during client interactions
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on product and process enhancements
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in the EHS field
- Background education in the EHS domain or related fields preferred
- Experience with SaaS platforms or digital solutions desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
