About the role
- Identify high-potential target accounts and initiate meaningful outreach
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Convert inbound inquiries and drive outbound efforts
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to accelerate the sales cycle
- Conduct in-depth research to identify target accounts
- Engage marketing-generated leads and execute outbound strategies
- Utilize HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other tools
- Represent Benchmark Gensuite at conferences, expos, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales roles, preferably in software, technology, EHS, or ESG sectors
- Strong understanding of EHS, ESG, and risk management concepts
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools
- Microsoft Office domain (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
