About the role
- Drive growth in enterprise and strategic customers via solution and value assessments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure quality in assessments
- Build deep understanding of customer’s business needs and adapt frameworks accordingly
- Create executive-level deliverables capturing analyses and recommendations
- Maintain open and proactive communication regarding engagement progress and decisions
- Develop methodologies to quantify strategic, operational, and financial metrics for customers
- Create reusable assets for customer journey and value framework adaptation
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends and feedback to product and marketing teams
Requirements
- 5-10 years experience in a scientific domain, preferably in biologics or industrial biotech
- Masters or PhD in a scientific field or relevant work experience
- Outstanding ability to convey value proposition and insights
- Experience creating written deliverables assessing current state and proposing future solutions
- Effective cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior leaders
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 25-30% of the time
