About the role
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable all marketing and content team members.

- Ensure flawless ad creation, optimization, and split-test execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a senior or director-level digital marketing leadership role.
- Experience managing multi-functional teams across paid ads, email, SEO, content, and video.
- Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive lead and revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching ability.
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
- Preferred Education: Master’s or PhD.
