About the role

  • Drive the revenue goals of the company by positioning Belmar’s Salesforce implementation services
  • Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Build relationships with prospects and Salesforce.org Account executives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Produce and consistently manage a healthy pipeline with close dates and next steps
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Coordinate clients, service providers, and internal team members in driving an opportunity forward
  • Ongoing account management and working with clients through procurement
  • Regularly check-in with customers to ensure that requirements have not changed

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce sales or selling Salesforce services
  • Strong experience in managing complex sales that involve many stakeholders/organizations
  • Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Strong communication skills to break down complex technology solutions to non-technical decision-makers
  • Experience selling to non-profits
  • Bachelor’s or advanced graduate degree
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software products would be a strong asset
  • Salesforce Certifications would be a strong asset
  • Experience selling to C-level executives in mid-market
  • Previous experience writing and presenting accurate SOW’s
