About the role
- Drive the revenue goals of the company by positioning Belmar’s Salesforce implementation services
- Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Build relationships with prospects and Salesforce.org Account executives
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Produce and consistently manage a healthy pipeline with close dates and next steps
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Coordinate clients, service providers, and internal team members in driving an opportunity forward
- Ongoing account management and working with clients through procurement
- Regularly check-in with customers to ensure that requirements have not changed
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce sales or selling Salesforce services
- Strong experience in managing complex sales that involve many stakeholders/organizations
- Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong communication skills to break down complex technology solutions to non-technical decision-makers
- Experience selling to non-profits
- Bachelor’s or advanced graduate degree
- Hands-on experience with CRM software products would be a strong asset
- Salesforce Certifications would be a strong asset
- Experience selling to C-level executives in mid-market
- Previous experience writing and presenting accurate SOW’s
