• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide information about products and services
• Assist customers with scheduling repairs and services
• Collect and accurately and efficiently data enter information
• Work assigned shifts including Saturday, Sunday and Monday or Friday
• Complete initial training on site and outside the normal schedule

Dispatcher

• Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs
• Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs
• Main point of contact for field staff and customers
• Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff
• Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization
• Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency
• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs
• Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan
• Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers
