Key responsibilities & impact

Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs
Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs
Main point of contact for field staff and customers
Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff
Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization
Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency
Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs
Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan
Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers

Requirements

What you’ll need

HVAC, electrician or plumbing dispatch experience preferred
Strong previous customer service experience
Able to work with very minimal supervision
Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential
Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor
Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task
Have strong computer and tech ability. Computer and various software applications are used throughout the day.
Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications.
