About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems
- Ensure data flows accurately and securely across various platforms
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Store Operations and IT teams
- Gather requirements, develop custom solutions, and troubleshoot integration-related issues
- Integrate financial planning and analysis data between Workday Adaptive and other systems if experience allows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field
- 5-8 years of experience
- Extensive experience working with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
- Experience as Software Engineer/Developer or similar technology position in retail or related domain
- Experience with 3rd party software implementations and consultants/contractors
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Workday’s API capabilities, Workday Advanced XML, Workday custom fields configuration and Administration, Workday integrations EIB/DTS, Workday Report Writer, Workday calculated fields, SOAP, XSLT, Report Designer (BIRT), Excel
