- Designing, developing, and maintaining seamless integrations between Workday and other systems
- Gathering requirements and developing custom solutions
- Troubleshooting integration-related issues
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Store Operations, and IT
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field
- 5-8 years of experience
- Extensive experience working with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
- Experience as Software Engineer/Developer or similar position in retail or related domain
- Experience with 3rd party software implementations and consultants/contractors
- Experience with Workday integration technologies: Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Web Services, Workday API, etc.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning module is highly desirable
