💰 $105,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • Lead the Transceiver product line
  • Responsible for strategic product management and market launches in all regions
  • Develop quantifiable strategies for profitable growth at the product line level
  • Participate in strategy development
  • Manage the product portfolio by charting product life cycle
  • Lead the new product development process and take responsibility for quantifying market value and financial viability of proposed products
  • Develop innovative methods and materials to train customers on products and Belden’s sales team
  • Establish, manage, and provide information required for business operations
  • Work with purchasing manager to develop supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and solutions engineering teams to develop commercial strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing or field relevant to the primary functions of the role; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of B2B product/portfolio management experience with cable and telco service providers
  • Proven experience overseeing and driving product development and new product launches
  • Distribution and direct selling model experience
  • Knowledge of pricing and capital budgeting
  • SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Planning) experience
  • Experience building a value story
