About the role

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end order-to-invoice process
  • Act as the main contact for customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication
  • Coordinate all physical flows to and from the local warehouse
  • Oversee co-packing activities and guarantee their smooth execution
  • Handle logistics claims and collaborate with logistics service providers (LSPs) to resolve issues
  • Maintain and update accurate product and customer databases
  • Analyze stock levels and optimize shipments
  • Ensure regular communication with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service levels
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, timely closings, claims management, and customer service rates

Requirements

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is a plus
  • You have a first relevant international work experience, ideally in FMCG
  • You are Fluent in English and/or Dutch, and/or French (spoken and written)
  • You have advanced skills in MS Excel and SAP
  • You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit
