About the role
- Manage and execute the end-to-end order-to-invoice process
- Act as the main contact for customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication
- Coordinate all physical flows to and from the local warehouse
- Oversee co-packing activities and guarantee their smooth execution
- Handle logistics claims and collaborate with logistics service providers (LSPs) to resolve issues
- Maintain and update accurate product and customer databases
- Analyze stock levels and optimize shipments
- Ensure regular communication with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service levels
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, timely closings, claims management, and customer service rates
Requirements
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is a plus
- You have a first relevant international work experience, ideally in FMCG
- You are Fluent in English and/or Dutch, and/or French (spoken and written)
- You have advanced skills in MS Excel and SAP
- You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit
