About the role
- Gain deep insights into our clients' hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profile for each role.
- Promote job opportunities across social media platforms and job boards to attract top talent.
- Develop effective approaches to build robust candidate pipelines for open roles.
- Identify and engage with candidates who align with the job requirements.
- Review design profiles and assess their suitability for the role.
- Conduct phone screenings to understand more about the candidates and share details about the open roles we have.
- Build and nurture connections within the design community through networking events and online groups.
- Create insightful posts on tech hiring trends, challenges faced by candidates and hiring managers, and strategies for navigating the job market.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills: You love connecting with individuals and helping them advance in their careers.
- Tech-savvy: You stay updated on the latest tech trends and tools.
- Marketing mindset: You understand how brand-building and marketing contribute to recruitment success.
- Content creation: You can craft compelling posts and write engaging content for social media and blogs.

- Understanding of tech companies: You know how tech companies operate and how tech products are developed.
- Relevant educational background: A degree in creative fields such as design, fine arts, fashion, architecture, psychology, user research, or mass media is a plus.
