Product Designer

• Design Strategy: Translate complex technical requirements (Identity Governance, AI Policies) into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage the performance of 4-6 Product Designers, fostering a culture of critique and creativity.
• Process Excellence: Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design QA.
• Design System: Maintain and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency and speed of execution across the platform.
• User Research: Champion user research practices - conducting or overseeing usability testing and translating insights into design decisions.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to ensure design feasibility and business alignment.
• Hiring: Actively participate in recruiting top design talent to scale the team.
