About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design workflows of product features used by franchise owners, managers, and team members
Partner with Designers, PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders
Help in discovery and breaking down of problems by participating in user research and data analysis
Help in solutioning and validation through prototypes and usability testing
Write product copy
Contribute to the design components system

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
A portfolio with real world examples of shipped work
A growing sense of ownership, with the ability to understand and apply the product and business context behind the design
Comfortable with Figma
Nice to have: comfortable with vibe coding
Strong English communication skills
