This role supports the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects for commercial efforts in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
As a subject matter expert, you will drive innovation and creative solutions within various work streams and provide thought leadership.
You will lead project teams and play a pivotal role in guiding internal stakeholders toward project success.
Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines, while assuming responsibility for key data analytics tasks to support internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Experience with relational database technologies, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.
