About the role
- Execute and refine our market entry and expansion strategy across North America.
- Develop and execute proactive outreach initiatives, including leveraging internal networks.
- Analyze historical North American sales pipeline data to identify opportunities and re-engage promising leads.
- Own the full sales cycle—from first contact through negotiation and closing.
- Act as the voice of the market by providing feedback and insights to product and strategy teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong commercial focus (Sales Manager, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar roles)
- Proven experience leading teams
- Experience in high-growth startup environments is highly valued
- Highly proactive and self-driven
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection during early market development
- Ambitious, with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
- Fluent English
- Proficient Spanish
