About the role

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with growers and beekeepers.
  • Generate, convert, and retain customers, driving adoption of Beeflow’s solutions.
  • Manage accounts using a consultative approach, understanding customer businesses and needs.
  • Identify pollination challenges and deliver solutions aligned with Beeflow’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Field, Operations, Marketing, R&D) to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Lead customer communications during the season, sharing results and coordinating program adjustments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up on service delivery and pollination outcomes.
  • Represent Beeflow at industry events, trade shows, and grower meetings.
  • Manage negotiations, contracts, pricing, billing, and CRM activities.
  • CRM tool management: Close sales, value proposition delivery and closing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in agronomy consulting, farm management, or agricultural sales.
  • Proven experience launching or commercializing agricultural products or services in specialty crops.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in specialty crop markets.
  • Based in Santiago de Chile or nearby.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive day and night.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong commercial, communication, and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentations) with advanced English proficiency.
  • Solid agronomy knowledge with strong data analysis and field trial experience.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated approach with practical farming experience.
  • Existing grower network in blueberries and avocados and understanding of agribusiness processes.
