About the role

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs from initiation through completion
  • Guide iterative requirements gathering, partnering closely with stakeholders
  • Work with Product Owners and leadership to establish program governance frameworks
  • Define, track, and measure program success
  • Oversee program budgets, resource plans, and timelines
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Evaluate vendor contracts and manage external partners
  • Own communication strategies, providing updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Continuously improve program delivery practices
  • Support and mentor project managers and team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide programs and technology initiatives
  • At least 2 years of experience driving process improvement across enterprise workflows, documentation, and engineering practices
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional delivery across large-scale, multi-team environments
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams, including performance feedback and workload management
  • Expertise in delivering programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with industry standard project management software tools
