About the role
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs from initiation through completion
- Guide iterative requirements gathering, partnering closely with stakeholders
- Work with Product Owners and leadership to establish program governance frameworks
- Define, track, and measure program success
- Oversee program budgets, resource plans, and timelines
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies
- Evaluate vendor contracts and manage external partners
- Own communication strategies, providing updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Continuously improve program delivery practices
- Support and mentor project managers and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide programs and technology initiatives
- At least 2 years of experience driving process improvement across enterprise workflows, documentation, and engineering practices
- Proven track record managing cross-functional delivery across large-scale, multi-team environments
- Ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams, including performance feedback and workload management
- Expertise in delivering programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with industry standard project management software tools
