About the role
- Gather business requirements, guide business to follow platform best practices and translate into technical specifications
- Design and implement solutions using programmatic or point-and-click tools
- Design and create integration logic
- Analyze, debug/troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to Salesforce
- Guide younger team members and continuously develop expertise on Salesforce Platform
- Work in an Agile/Hybrid environment
- Support complex Salesforce implementations including core clouds, Experience Cloud, CPQ and integrations for clients in Western Europe
Requirements
- Technical university degree (min. Bc.)
- Extended knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- Advanced hands-on experience with programmatic development: Apex, SOQL, LWC
- JavaScript (ES6) and HTML are a must; basics of CSS
- Integrations – knowledge of REST and SOAP
- Experience (or willingness to learn) with VCS (Git) and CI/CD setup
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Sharing attitude to spread knowledge
- Working proficiency in English AND German
- Willingness to travel (EU)
