Requirements
- Proven consulting experience in a professional services environment or in-house
- Strong ground in change methodologies e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR or equivalent
- Strong background in large-scale business and technology transformations across multiple industries
- Expertise in core Change Management disciplines such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, organisation design, and benefits realisation
- Experience managing and developing teams, including coaching junior consultants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
