Financial Planning and Analysis

• Maintain and update the company financial model to ensure it reflects accurate financial data
• Monitor and forecast the company's cash position, including invoice tracking and analysis of cash flows
• Actively participate in and take ownership of specific aspects of the monthly financial reporting process for the CEO and investors
• Undertake various cost analysis projects as needed, providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance
• Collaborate in preparing and monitoring team budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives
• Provide support on internal AI projects (e.g., implementing a new CRM, deploying bots, process automation)
• Keep essential administrative documents up to date, such as the company registration extract (Kbis) and Urssaf certificates
• Manage company computers (fleet management, inventory)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Negotiate with vendors

• Drive the contractual phase on the Sales side
• Take ownership of the end-to-end orchestration of the contract lifecycle for our Enterprise deals
• Work closely with our Account Executives to accelerate deal closings
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS contracts, DPAs, and partner agreements
• Interact directly with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams at large enterprise clients
• Manage relationships with our external legal service providers
• Identify and assess contractual risks related to our commitments
• Actively contribute to our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance efforts
• Manage all of our internal contracts
