Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the contractual phase on the Sales side
Take ownership of the end-to-end orchestration of the contract lifecycle for our Enterprise deals
Work closely with our Account Executives to accelerate deal closings
Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS contracts, DPAs, and partner agreements
Interact directly with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams at large enterprise clients
Manage relationships with our external legal service providers
Identify and assess contractual risks related to our commitments
Actively contribute to our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance efforts
Manage all of our internal contracts

What you’ll need

At least 4 years' experience in an IT Procurement, Software Procurement, or IT Category Manager role
Excellent understanding of contractual issues related to purchasing SaaS solutions
Knowledge of and/or strong interest in tech contractual topics
Languages: Fluent French (C2) and professional working English (C1)
