About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the contractual phase on the Sales side
- Take ownership of the end-to-end orchestration of the contract lifecycle for our Enterprise deals
- Work closely with our Account Executives to accelerate deal closings
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS contracts, DPAs, and partner agreements
- Interact directly with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams at large enterprise clients
- Manage relationships with our external legal service providers
- Identify and assess contractual risks related to our commitments
- Actively contribute to our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance efforts
- Manage all of our internal contracts
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years' experience in an IT Procurement, Software Procurement, or IT Category Manager role
- Excellent understanding of contractual issues related to purchasing SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of and/or strong interest in tech contractual topics
- Languages: Fluent French (C2) and professional working English (C1)
