About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and update the company financial model to ensure it reflects accurate financial data
Monitor and forecast the company's cash position, including invoice tracking and analysis of cash flows
Actively participate in and take ownership of specific aspects of the monthly financial reporting process for the CEO and investors
Undertake various cost analysis projects as needed, providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance
Collaborate in preparing and monitoring team budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives
Provide support on internal AI projects (e.g., implementing a new CRM, deploying bots, process automation)
Keep essential administrative documents up to date, such as the company registration extract (Kbis) and Urssaf certificates
Manage company computers (fleet management, inventory)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Negotiate with vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are enrolled in a university program or business school (Master’s level / Bac+5) and are seeking an internship specializing in Corporate Finance and/or Entrepreneurship
You have initial experience in corporate finance (ideally at a startup) or in corporate finance roles such as VC or M&A
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
You demonstrate intellectual agility and rigor
