About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update the company financial model to ensure it reflects accurate financial data
- Monitor and forecast the company's cash position, including invoice tracking and analysis of cash flows
- Actively participate in and take ownership of specific aspects of the monthly financial reporting process for the CEO and investors
- Undertake various cost analysis projects as needed, providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance
- Collaborate in preparing and monitoring team budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives
- Provide support on internal AI projects (e.g., implementing a new CRM, deploying bots, process automation)
- Keep essential administrative documents up to date, such as the company registration extract (Kbis) and Urssaf certificates
- Manage company computers (fleet management, inventory)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Negotiate with vendors
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are enrolled in a university program or business school (Master’s level / Bac+5) and are seeking an internship specializing in Corporate Finance and/or Entrepreneurship
- You have initial experience in corporate finance (ideally at a startup) or in corporate finance roles such as VC or M&A
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You demonstrate intellectual agility and rigor
