About the role

  • Lead and execute high-impact continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and ensuring measurable results.
  • Take ownership of projects and deliver validated cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Manage and coach continuous improvement resources by providing hands-on guidance and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with Regional Senior Vice Presidents to align improvement efforts with regional goals.
  • Apply Lean problem-solving methods to address operational challenges, tracking results and sustainability of process changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support organization goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of seven years of experience in operations or continuous improvement (CI) is required.
  • Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on people leadership experience.
  • Experience in transportation or multi-site operations is preferred.
  • Lean or CI experience is required.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are necessary.
