About the role

  • Set and Manage National Pricing Strategy
  • Lead the development and implementation of the MDS UK National Pricing Strategy
  • Collaborate with the BDX Pricing Group to contribute to cross-business-unit pricing initiatives
  • Own the commercial relationship with National Procurement Bodies
  • Align customer needs with relevant commercial offerings, framework contracts, and negotiation strategies
  • Lead quarterly pricing reviews and contract management processes

Requirements

  • Track record of success in executing and maximising commercial opportunities
  • Proven success in managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent instincts and commercial awareness, coupled with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in successfully implementing price strategy with major customer groups
  • Experience in successfully developing and implementing channel strategy
  • Logistics and supply chain knowledge
