About the role

  • Provide support for installation, maintenance, modification, and repair of mechanical, electromechanical, and software-based instruments
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, review solutions, discuss needs, and ensure safe operational conditions
  • Actively support the sale of service contracts and collaborate with sales representatives and service team members on system configurations

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or Technical School equivalent, OR Bachelor of Science in a related field preferred
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in diagnosing and repairing medical devices, electromechanical equipment, or scientific instruments is a plus
