About the role

Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems located within hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Perform remediation, configuration, and updates for medical devices, software, and networking systems.
Conduct routine checks to verify proper functionality after setup.
Troubleshoot device and network issues, resolving technical problems independently or escalating complex cases.
Provide customer-focused technical support in a professional, responsive, and resourceful manner.
Provide accurate and timely documentation that details field activity, expenses, time distribution and other information as required.
Maintain compliance with hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
Follow calibration protocols for servicing equipment.
Maintain company assets securely and in working order.
Engage/call out to team leadership for sophisticated solving and resolution of issues as needed.

High School diploma
Ability to travel extensively for field-based service assignments.
1+ year of technical experience required.
Strong troubleshooting abilities in electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Must live within one hour of a major airport for travel efficiency.
Prior military experience in electronics or IT roles are encouraged to apply.
