About the role
- Manage the integration of complex clinical practice strategies for the sustained improvement of patient care
- Develop and lead process improvement initiatives to ensure positive system hospital adoption of processes and products
- Serve as an expert resource to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with leadership to develop design strategies and drive utilization of multiple program initiations and development in large hospital systems
- Research data, partner with data experts, set strategy for key metrics, and present baseline and outcome findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- 8 years of previous related experience with direct healthcare management of large clinical organizations required
- Experience with quality performance, clinical process design, and/or sophisticated clinical pathways preferred
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, project management, and MS Office Suite skills
- Proven expertise in written and verbal communication, interpersonal relationships, consultative abilities, influencing, and relationship management
- Ability to relate to physicians, nurses, and senior-level healthcare managers
