About the role

  • Provide strategic leadership and governance for EHS programs across multiple sites
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of EHS professionals across multiple sites
  • Anticipate, assess, and mitigate EHS risks protecting employees, operations, and reputation
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators for EHS across sites
  • Oversee multi-site emergency response programs, drills, and crisis management planning
  • Represent EHS in leadership forums, regulatory inspections, and industry groups
  • Drive cultural transformation and alignment across sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive EHS experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Knowledge of advanced EHS frameworks (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA VPP, etc.)
  • Basic / Proficient: Microsoft Office and EHS digital platforms (Intelex, iAuditor, Smartsheet)
  • In-depth expertise in OSHA, EPA, DOT, Cal/OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
