About the role
- Achieve and manage sales target through effective management of BD’s base business
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities and business plan for the territory
- Manage and negotiate product validations, conversions, and sustainability plans
- Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within hospitals
- Lead account planning initiatives (forecasting, funnel management, strategic planning)
- Maintain sales data and records to understand market trends
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience selling medical devices to acute care facilities
- Bilingual in French and English (read, spoken, written)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of sales success across all organizational levels
- Expert in managing complex sales environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in pipeline management and data analysis
