About the role

  • Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed the U.S. BDB revenue budget
  • Develop and influence new customers, maintain contact via telephone or electronic channels
  • Partner with BDB Field Sales Specialists for lead sharing and revenue optimization
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM database for potential customers
  • Support customer BDB product inquiries and analyze customer revenue and product trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years Lab/Flow Cytometry/Life Science experience
  • 1-3 years of customer sales support /account management experience
  • Possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Direct flow cytometry and/or bench or laboratory work experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
