About the role
- Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed the U.S. BDB revenue budget
- Develop and influence new customers, maintain contact via telephone or electronic channels
- Partner with BDB Field Sales Specialists for lead sharing and revenue optimization
- Manage the Salesforce CRM database for potential customers
- Support customer BDB product inquiries and analyze customer revenue and product trends
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years Lab/Flow Cytometry/Life Science experience
- 1-3 years of customer sales support /account management experience
- Possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Direct flow cytometry and/or bench or laboratory work experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
