Handle a portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) customers, expand patient coverage and boost usage of APM technologies. Focus on community hospitals and long-tail opportunity accounts, prospecting new business and cultivating grassroots relationships. Contact anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care medicine practitioners, and EP Lab personnel. Promote and sell FloTrac Sensor, ClearSight cuff, Acumen IQ cuff/sensors, and ForeSight for continuous noninvasive blood pressure monitoring and tissue oximetry. Analyze performance gaps and implement short-term regional strategies to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in related field 3+ years of progressive B2B sales experience Medical devices industry experience Strong communication Self-motivated and results-oriented Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred) Ability to travel as needed (preferred) Good knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products (preferred) Understands BU strategy, selling model, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territory (preferred) Develops understanding of assigned accounts and their challenges (preferred) Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to APM medical products (preferred) Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment (preferred) Understands customer needs and explains APM product features compared to competitor offerings (preferred) Builds productive internal and external relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contacts (preferred) Utilizes influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy (preferred)
