About the role

  • Hunter mentality: Proactively seek out and develop new customer relationships through aggressive prospecting and lead generation campaigns
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to improve growth and profitability within assigned territory
  • Sales process focused: Execute a consultative sales approach, guiding prospects through each stage of the buying process
  • Customer Relationship Development: Own the customer relationship and build strategic partnerships as a trusted advisor
  • Customer engagements: Participate in tradeshows and customer-facing events to support business development and sales initiatives
  • Performance: Consistently meet established monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Travel up to 75%
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards
  • Territory: Assigned territory will include parts of NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, and ME. The candidate must reside in or near one of these locations.
