About the role

  • Learn and perform key functions within the Revenue team such as product demonstrations, solution-selling, partner training, and account management.
  • Assist Revenue teams in daily business activities and special projects as requested.
  • Track and maintain activity and records through CRM tools.
  • Triage calls and emails from partners, addressing issues and escalating to others in a timely manner.
  • Build and manage reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness and utility.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms is desired (Hubspot or similar)
  • Administrative skills that include setting appointments and webinar/web demonstration
  • Knowledgeable in social media for business - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc
  • Adept at seeing situations through the eyes of others, understanding their needs, challenges, and concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • You bring the highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all that you do
