About the role

  • Communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more
  • Focus on ticketing & refunds, unused ticket tracking, client invoicing, credit card reconciliation, data quality control
  • Provide timely follow-up of reservations to ensure accurate fulfillment
  • Build and maintain accurate knowledge of the various supported travel industries (air, car, hotel, rail, etc.)
  • Work in an international team of colleagues, from different countries and continents
  • Interact and cooperate with other departments to reach the common goal: deliver excellent service to the customers
  • Reach a high level of accuracy and complete all tasks with a minimum of errors

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Business Corporate Travel Agency
  • Experience in Ticketing/Refund using Sabre
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks, such as client invoicing and CC reconciliation processes
  • Understanding of travel industry related rules & regulations such as IATA & BSP
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
