About the role
- Communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more.
- Ticketing & Refunds, Unused ticket tracking, client invoicing, credit card reconciliation, Data Quality Control
- Timely follow-up of reservations to ensure accurate fulfillment
- Build and maintain accurate knowledge of the various supported travel industries (air, car, hotel, rail, etc.)
- Work in an international team of colleagues, from different countries and continents
- Interact and cooperate with other departments to reach the common goal: deliver excellent service to the customers
- Reach a high level of accuracy and complete all tasks with a minimum of errors
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a Business Corporate Travel Agency
- Experience in Ticketing/Refund using Amadeus and/or Sabre
- Previous experience in administrative tasks, such as client invoicing and CC reconciliation processes
- Understanding of travel industry related rules & regulations such as IATA & BSP
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
