About the role
- Identify and engage commodity trading firms globally
- Develop relationships with front-office, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build structured pipeline aligned with commercial targets
- Engage senior decision-makers (Head of Trading, COO, CIO)
- Position OrbicTrade as strategic infrastructure
- Navigate multi-layered enterprise approval processes
- Provide feedback on buyer objections and competitive landscape
- Refine messaging based on market response
- Own revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience selling into commodity trading organisations
- Understanding of front-office trading environments
- Knowledge of CTRM ecosystems (Murex, OrbicTrade, Fusion, Aspect, Allegro, SAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles
- Experience handling multi-stakeholder deal processes
- Ability to sell to Heads of Trading, COOs, and CIOs
- Strategic thinking with autonomy and growth potential
