• Lead all things related to People & Talent, working closely with the leadership team
• Strategic and hands-on leadership focused on building high-performing teams at BBGC
• Lead talent acquisition to deliver timely hiring to BBGC and its clients
• Own all talent acquisition processes: 360 hiring from sourcing and headhunting through to onboarding
• Manage applicant Tracking System (Workable)
• Agency/PSL management
• Lead people strategy and agenda at BBGC; own all people-related processes
• Build internal culture and run BAU people activities: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, development frameworks
• Introduce/enhance tools, processes and initiatives supporting a high-performing, happy and engaged team
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people matters
• Support people events such as the annual weekend away
• Lead attraction & marketing activities and other related project work
