MLO Account Executive – Investor Lending

Manager

• Design, launch, and scale multi-state title and escrow operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and underwriting standards.
• Implement efficient workflows, SLAs, and process controls to deliver consistent, high-quality closings for residential transactions.
• Lead day-to-day operations, including technology integrations, audit readiness, and ongoing optimization of closing performance metrics.
• Drive innovation through adoption of modern title technology, automation, and data-driven process management.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&amp;L accountability, revenue forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Build the organizational structure and staffing model for a national title and escrow business.

General Manager – Title & Escrow Services

• Own the end-to-end closing process for portfolio real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution
• Coordinate directly with internal teams (legal, finance, underwriting, operations, asset management) to gather requirements, finalize documentation, and confirm closing readiness
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for title companies, escrow officers, brokers, attorneys, and other closing partners to ensure performance, communication clarity, and SLA adherence
• Review and validate all closing documents, settlement statements, title commitments, and required disclosures for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date closing files, documentation, and system-of-record updates across all portfolio assets
• Identify and mitigate closing risks such as title defects, missing documentation, compliance gaps, payoff discrepancies, or funding issues
• Lead final diligence checks, confirming data accuracy and resolving open items prior to closing
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the closing timeline, serving as the escalation point for complex or time-sensitive closings
• Continuously refine and improve closing procedures, identifying patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational enhancement
• Ensure all closings meet regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements

Real Estate Closing Manager

• Own end-to-end execution of portfolio-related real estate transactions, maintaining precision, timeliness, and legal compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, underwriting, operations, asset management) to manage transaction workflows and align on key requirements
• Manage external partners including title companies, brokers, attorneys, appraisers, and vendor networks to ensure consistent performance and SLA adherence

Portfolio Transaction Manager

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Deal Coordinators, ensuring adherence to established standards and SLAs.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
• Foster collaboration between Deal Coordinators, Transaction Managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with TM leadership to identify tasks suitable for offshoring and develop implementation plans.
• Continuously evaluate workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Document best practices and create process guides to support both onshore and offshore execution.
• Oversee the end-to-end deal coordination process, ensuring accurate and timely task completion, including:
• Document drafting (PSA, Lease, and related agreements).
• Opening checklist execution (PSA review, title onboarding, asset allocation, EMD and TQ requests).
• Data entry (information capture from Rextera reports, HOA follow-ups).
• File management (uploading HOA docs, amendments, and other key transaction documents).
• Ensure all files meet compliance and documentation standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert on transaction workflows and assist with escalations or complex deal scenarios.
• Learn and support the nuances of portfolio transaction management to enable cross-functional coverage and strategic process alignment.
• Collaborate with TM leadership to integrate portfolio-specific processes into deal coordination workflows.

Deal Coordinator Manager

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily.

Business Development Representative – Inside Sales

• Sells advertising and non-dues products or services to BBB Accredited Businesses in an assigned area or territory
• Creates new accounts and maintains existing accounts
• Contacts new and existing customers to explain the features and merits of products or services
• Demonstrates value proposition of products or services and utilizes persuasive sales techniques
• Assists clients in determining best application of products or services
• Meets minimum standards for business development activities (set number of calls, talk time per day, sales, retention)
• Builds relationships and maintains constant communication with Accredited Businesses after finalizing sales
• Collaborates with support departments and staff members on company-wide processes and goals
• Performs additional duties as requested by BBB senior leadership and attends staff-related events as needed
• Follows up and provides closure to all requests and offers add-ons for additional locations/affiliate companies where appropriate
